Thank you Basset for always being there! For all of my HVAC needs I’ve reached out to Basset. This time being more time sensitive than before when my AC stopped working. I was able to reach customer service at 7 am, and was scheduled an appointment the same day. Additionally Eric and Christian were friendly and professional. They explained all of my options and got the system running again quickly. They were knowledgeable and personable. I’ll continue to call Basset for any future inspections or repairs!

Eric was great. We have had people come work on our furnace before. He outperformed all of them by a wide margin. He explained what he was doing and why. It was a real pleasure having him in our home. He will be back in a few days to install a full home humidity system. Looking forward to having him in our home again to complete installing the humidity system.
My technician Tim was extremely professional and courteous..the one thing that I really appreciate about him is the way he explains what service he performed and what service I may possibly need in the future...much appreciated...to Bassett and one of their best technicians...Tim....I salute you 👏 👍
I recently had some winter maintenance completed on my furnace, and Ilan came over to help me out. He was incredibly professional and completed the job in a timely manner. While he was here, I inquired about adding AC to my Carrier furnace, and Ilan was more than helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I then followed up with Wayne to discuss the AC project. He provided me with a fair quote to get things rolling, and we got everything scheduled right away. On the day of the installation, Jordan and Eliot (the HVAC Technicians), Donnie (the Electrician), and an apprentice came over. They got right to work and wrapped up the entire project by that afternoon! Everyone I spoke with at Basset Home Service—whether on the phone in the office or in my home—was polite, professional, and eager to help our family out. If I have another repair or project in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for their assistance. Highly recommended!
We have a membership with Bassett. We are very satisfied with our membership and everyone we have met through Bassett. Tim was awesome on our 2026 plumbing inspection and he check everywhere and we discussed our next step to changing out a few things. And then I had Lorenzo and Chris in for our furnace repair before we get in a super cold snap where we have to actually turn on our furnace. They knocked it out. We have Bassett takes care of our rental in Pueblo as well. You can't go wrong with Bassett in your corner. Let's go team! Everyone is super knowledgeable and courteous and friendly from the amazing office team Kelly, Astrid and Stephanie to the all of the technicians from Tim to Chris and Lorenzo.
