Ben was very pleasant to work with. He correctly diagnosed my problem which I had incorrectly done and rather than schedule another appointment to complete the repairs completed them at this one visit. It was near the end of his day but he was willing to complete the repair even though there was more to it than initially appeared.
We recently used Bassett Home Services for a full HVAC installation and they exceeded all our expectations! They arrived on time and managed to get the entire job Completed the same day. Not only did they save us a significant amount of money, compared to other quotes, they were also incredibly professional throughout the process. Wayne Cooper was absolutely FANTASTIC! He took the time to explain all our options and made sure every single question we had got answered. Together, we figured out what was best for our home and OUR budget. My husband made the comment “ I like him, he sounds really sincere and Honest” A HUGE Thank you to Wayne, Chris(also his teammate) for their incredible teamwork and leaving the area completely spotless. I would also like to Thank the young lady in the office who helped us seamlessly navigate the financial options. I HIGHLY recommend BASSET. They truly went above and beyond to restore heat to our home, ensuring we weren’t left Freezing. Thank you again to entire team.
The wheel which turns the blower was failing. Zach came out and replaced it. He did a great job, performing the work quickly but with care. The blower works better now then when it was first installed.
Great service.
Zachary did a great job. Figured out the problem and had part ordered. He was very personable and honest. Would recommend him
Jordon and his co-workers are very competent and did an excellent job!
Thank you Basset for always being there! For all of my HVAC needs I’ve reached out to Basset. This time being more time sensitive than before when my AC stopped working. I was able to reach customer service at 7 am, and was scheduled an appointment the same day. Additionally Eric and Christian were friendly and professional. They explained all of my options and got the system running again quickly. They were knowledgeable and personable. I’ll continue to call Basset for any future inspections or repairs!
Ilan did a great job explaining the service requested and the services needed to keep us up and running. I've been using Bassett for 10+ years now and still happy with their service. Thanks again, highly recommend.
Dakota very courteous and professional and did a great job! Didn't leave a mess knew what he was talking about!
