We have a membership with Bassett. We are very satisfied with our membership and everyone we have met through Bassett. Benjamin was awesome on our 2026 plumbing inspection and he check my outdoor valves also. And behind our washer for any shower leaks. Bassett takes care of our rental in Pueblo as well. You can't go wrong with Bassett in your corner.

When you receive the news that both your A/C and Furnance have reached the end of their service life and suddenly, you are staring at a minimum of 20k to bring those systems back online—it’s not a great day. To top it off, we were living with the windows open to keep the house around 80 degrees during this summer’s wildfire season. Not a recipe for happiness.
However, the team over at Basset Heating and Air were quick to respond to our request for an assessment and estimates for replacement services. During the initial assessment, Bassett techs (unlike other companies in town we have used in the past) diagnosed not only the need for replacement—but the cause of the A/C and furnace failure. This informed subsequent conversations about new system options that have built in checks to protect our investment in the HVAC—BEFORE catastrophic malfunctions can occur. Their knowledgeable and friendly techs and sales reps made us feel comfortable about the large sum we were about to invest to get the house heating and cooling system back online. Thomas, our sales rep, even returned the same day to refill our Freon to allow our old system to function over the weekend so we could sleep well until the repair/replacement could take place. We were grateful.
During installation, the two techs, Lorenzo and Chris arrived on time and prepared with all the equipment they needed to remove the old A/C unit and install a new one, and also remove the old Furnance, and install, wire and conduct checks for the whole system. The Bassett Scheduling team told us the guys would complete the job in a workday—and they kept their word. They arrived at 1030 and finished around 5:30 the same day. Once the job was complete, both techs walked me through the new and updated systems pointing out the new safety features on the furnace, and describing recommended annual maintenance for the system; to include the 3yr Bassett maintenance membership that was included in the purchase price. The guys even labeled the vent with filter dimensions and an airflow reminder for ease of use.
Overall, the Bassett Heating and Airconditioning Team have earned their reputation as trustworthy service professionals that can be relied upon when your home HVAC needs service or major repair. From the headquarters service center schedulers, to the sales reps and most of all the fast friendly and knowledgeable install team, I will highly recommend Bassett Home Services to my neighbors and friends when they need HVAC repair.
