  • Structural Damage: Water can seep into walls, floors, and foundations, weakening the structural integrity of your home.
  • Mold Growth: Persistent moisture creates an ideal environment for mold and mildew, which can pose health risks to you and your family.
  • Increased Water Bills: Even a small, continuous leak can lead to a significant increase in your water bills over time.
  • Property Damage: Leaks can damage personal belongings, including furniture, electronics, and other valuables.

Colorado Springs Leak Detection Process

Our leak detection process utilizes advanced technology to accurately locate leaks with minimal disruption to your property. The steps include:

  • Visual Inspection: Our experts start with a thorough visual inspection of your plumbing system to identify any obvious signs of leaks.
  • Electronic Leak Detection: Using specialized equipment, we can detect hidden leaks behind walls, under floors, and in other hard-to-reach areas.
  • Pressure Testing: This method involves checking the water pressure in your plumbing system to identify any inconsistencies that may indicate a leak.
  • Infrared Scanning: Thermal imaging helps us detect temperature variations caused by water leaks, providing a precise location of the problem.

Leak Repair in Colorado Springs

Once a leak is detected, our experts will promptly repair it to prevent further damage. Our leak repair services include:

  • Pipe Repair and Replacement: Depending on the severity of the leak, we may repair the damaged section of the pipe or replace it entirely.
  • Joint and Connection Repair: Leaks often occur at pipe joints and connections. We ensure these areas are securely sealed to prevent future leaks.
  • Fixture Repair: Leaks from faucets, toilets, and other fixtures are addressed by repairing or replacing the faulty components.

Our Advanced Leak Detection Process

Basset Home Services uses non-invasive leak detection technology to pinpoint problems with minimal disruption to your property:

  • Detailed visual plumbing inspection

Thank you Basset for always being there! For all of my HVAC needs I’ve reached out to Basset. This time being more time sensitive than before when my AC stopped working. I was able to reach customer service at 7 am, and was scheduled an appointment the same day. Additionally Eric and Christian were friendly and professional. They explained all of my options and got the system running again quickly. They were knowledgeable and personable. I’ll continue to call Basset for any future inspections or repairs!

Ilan came out and provided maintenance on my furnace. He is a kind and competent employee! He also provided a no-pressure rundown of Bassett services, which I appreciated. This is a company you want to do business with.

Eric was great. We have had people come work on our furnace before. He outperformed all of them by a wide margin. He explained what he was doing and why. It was a real pleasure having him in our home. He will be back in a few days to install a full home humidity system. Looking forward to having him in our home again to complete installing the humidity system.

I recently had some winter maintenance completed on my furnace, and Ilan came over to help me out. He was incredibly professional and completed the job in a timely manner. While he was here, I inquired about adding AC to my Carrier furnace, and Ilan was more than helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I then followed up with Wayne to discuss the AC project. He provided me with a fair quote to get things rolling, and we got everything scheduled right away. On the day of the installation, Jordan and Eliot (the HVAC Technicians), Donnie (the Electrician), and an apprentice came over. They got right to work and wrapped up the entire project by that afternoon! Everyone I spoke with at Basset Home Service—whether on the phone in the office or in my home—was polite, professional, and eager to help our family out. If I have another repair or project in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for their assistance. Highly recommended!

We have a membership with Bassett. We are very satisfied with our membership and everyone we have met through Bassett. Tim was awesome on our 2026 plumbing inspection and he check everywhere and we discussed our next step to changing out a few things. And then I had Lorenzo and Chris in for our furnace repair before we get in a super cold snap where we have to actually turn on our furnace. They knocked it out. We have Bassett takes care of our rental in Pueblo as well. You can't go wrong with Bassett in your corner. Let's go team! Everyone is super knowledgeable and courteous and friendly from the amazing office team Kelly, Astrid and Stephanie to the all of the technicians from Tim to Chris and Lorenzo.
