Richard cleaned the AC coils and checked the cooling unit. Wife is allergic to scents and while he didn't wear any cologne he did have a manly scent... probably from the soap he used, or perhaps deodorant?? It's not his problem, but it did affect her breathing. We opened all the windows to hopefully air out the molecules of scent.
Tim replaced our toilet. No problems he was thorough and quick. Not too expensive, they worked with us trying to unclog the old one. Ken really stood out too. Thanks Bassett!

Mason was great! he provided me with the most valuable tool I could use and that is knowledge and the know how to do a few things that would save me money in the long run. I was recommended Bassett from a neighbor when I was searching for a new AC & furnace. The experience has been great. Everyone was very thorough and took time to clearly explain and review everything. Lorenzo & Chris did an excellent job on the install and Joaquin on the initial consult. Excellent work and great attention to detail all throughout the process. If you’re looking for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. You’ll be glad you did.
