I just wanted to say that I had such a great experience working with basset home services I just want to give a special shout out to Hunter,he came and installed outside lighting in our new home and we love it they were professional they were on time they got the job done couldn't ask for anybody better in today's world we need a lot of better people like we did today thank you for taking the time and opportunity to serving us we look forward to working with you in the future

Excellent communication on the problem and skills in problem solving. Ben , explained his service and discovered the problem that another plumber could not find. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Tristan and the team at Basset took care of me with the new AC unit. They also did some much needed electrical work that was long over due. The team communicated throughout the entire process keeping me informed. I will be sure to return to basset for my home needs!
