Great service
Got a new AC and furnace, the technicians are great. My house is still 80+ degrees though and I called their wack AI robot twice and never got a return call or follow up.
Just an incredible company and good folks to work with. I wanted a central ac installed as well as duct cleaning.Thomas came out to give me a quote and he was very knowledgeable. Lorenzo, Dante, and Terrance did quality work and were communicative on the day of installation. There was some minor cosmetic damage to drywall that occured during installation. I was told immediately about what happened and they offered options regarding repair. That honesty was very welcomed.You've earned a customer for the foreseeable future. Thanks Basset!
Ilan was an absolute hero.
He properly diagnosed a small problem that saved buying a whole new system. He literally saved me thousands of dollars as opposed to the 1st company that tried extremely hard to sell me a new system.
It is honest hard working companies with proper values that destroy the dishonest ones and it is extremely wise to get a second opinion.

We have a membership with Bassett. We are very satisfied with our membership and everyone we have met through Bassett. Benjamin was awesome on our 2026 plumbing inspection and he check my outdoor valves also. And behind our washer for any shower leaks. Bassett takes care of our rental in Pueblo as well. You can't go wrong with Bassett in your corner.
