Father’s Day weekend and Jeff was to our house within an hour, replaced the part we needed and got our AC up and running immediately. Excellent customer service by a knowledgeable repairman.
Ilan Vasquez completed some AC repairs today. When he came for service maintenance and today he was very professional. Answered questions and explained things thoroughly. He even put up with my dog trying to “help”.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Allijia Brown performed a service on commercial heat pump, he did an outstanding job.
2nd major time going with Basset. Furnace replaced last year and now water heater replaced. Very knowledgeable and quality service. Do recommend Basset. Installer, Michael was great and efficient.
