Heating Colorado Springs

I wish I could give 6 stars. I shopped around last year and this year again. Other companies literally doubled their price. Basset gave me almost the same price! But the real winner is the absolute CARE they gave. After AC install my house lost all power due to some bad work by previous licensed electricians. But who was out there till 2 in the morning, and again bright and early the next day until everything, even though it wasn't their fault, was satisfactory? Basset Home Services. I want to personally thank Dante, Elon, Donnie, Ashley and everyone at the office who absolutely came together (I wish I could name you all that I talked with on the phone!). It's good to know that things go really well when you choose Basset, but it's especially good to know who to choose when things sometimes go wrong: Basset was amazing. Communication, care for the home owner, and going ABOVE and beyond in a difficult situation - I was VERY impressed with their work AND their prices. Oh, they also have after hours phone service with a real human, and did I mention amazing prices? I can attest that Basset absolutely SHONE in a tough situation. Even if I lived in Denver or Boston, I would still want Basset Home services to come out. We need more companies like this one!

I want to add - all that care was AFTER full payment was made. This company won't drop you after payment. I lucked out finding Basset Home Services, don't pass them up!
