Bobby from Basset Heating and Air came out same day to check my HVAC system due to the heat not working properly. All in all it was fixed from changing the filter and I still wanted peace of mind having it checked. Bobby was beyond courteous and professional. He answered all my questions (which was a lot) because I had never had it serviced nor know anything about the system. He took sufficient time in showing me how to get the most out of my HVAC and to keep it working properly. I would highly recommend this company and his work. In fact I already made an appointment for another recommendation in duct cleaning. Each team member has their own specialty which I find very useful in order to gain more knowledge myself.
