Our staff at Basset Heating & Air Conditioning has always strived to deliver the best customer service possible. Now, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have implemented new temporary business practices aimed at reducing the risk to our valued customers and our beloved employees alike.

Your safety has and always will be our top priority.
We know that in these uneasy times our services may still be needed, and we want to assure you that as long as our employees are healthy and feeling well, we will continue to operate and deliver our services to you should the need arise.
Our office staff, myself included, is now currently working from home. This includes our wonderful CSR dispatchers, Ashley Elias and Cassie Garner. They will be available to answer your calls for service while working from the safety of their respective homes.
Other office staff members will also be performing duties while working from home. Our intent here is to reduce the risk of exposing our valued employees to any potential infection. Staff meetings will now be conducted by conference calls over the phone.
Our Field Technicians’ Precautions
Our field technicians, duct cleaning techs, and installers have been mandated to wear protective gloves whenever they enter a home. They have also been supplied with hand sanitizer as well as disinfectants for their company vehicles to use before and after each service call. The gloves are being disposed of and replaced with new gloves after each service. These measures are for your protection as well as theirs.
In addition, we are closely monitoring our field technicians’ health and will not allow them into your home if they are displaying any cold or flu-like symptoms.

We will also be asking callers if they or anyone in their home has been exposed to or tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, or if anyone is otherwise feeling ill. The health and safety of our employees are very important to us, and we need to help to keep them safe in order to continue to deliver our services to the community.
