Free furnace inspection

We have great news for some lucky Colorado Springs area homeowners, as we will be offering a Free furnace inspection to a limited number of area homeowners.

With the recent cooler weather here in the Colorado Springs area, many of us are already thinking about fall and the upcoming winter months that lie ahead. It seems as though the damaging hail storm that struck us on July 28th suddenly changed summer to fall, having gone from consistent 90 degree days to cooler fall-like weather in the blink of an eye. Which reminds us…..it is time to have your home’s heating system inspected and/or serviced for the upcoming season to make sure it is operating safely and efficiently for the cold months that lie ahead.

So here’s how our Free furnace inspection offer works…..to qualify for this Free furnace inspection, your existing furnace must be at least twenty (20) years old and this FREE furnace inspection offer is limited to the first fifty (50) homeowners who schedule the Free furnace inspection with our office. If you’re not sure how old your furnace is, we can help.

Almost all furnaces have the date of manufacture coded in the serial number, which can be found on the furnace’s date plate/label. This is usually found inside the furnace’s burner compartment cabinet, usually located in the upper left or right corner of the cabinet. Sometimes the data label will be located directly beneath the burners. In most cases, the first four numbers of the serial number will indicate the year and month, or year and week, of the furnace’s manufacturing date. In the image below taken from a Goodman furnace, the 9704 in the serial number shows this furnace was made in April of 1997.

Some manufacturers date code a little differently. Rheem, for instance, will have the date code within the middle part of the serial number. If you’re not sure of your furnace’s age, simply call us with the brand name and serial number of the unit, and we’ll be able to determine the age for you, Furnace data plate/label

We will test your furnace for carbon monoxide and gas leaks, as well as a check of the heat exchanger and an operational check to ensure it is working safely and efficiently. As an added bonus with your Free furnace inspection, we will provide you with a FREE NO OBLIGATION estimate of what it would cost to replace your existing furnace with a modern, more efficient and safer model. These services will be provided exclusively by the owner of Basset Heating & Air Conditioning, Mike Machado, who has over 30 years of experience in the heating industry.

So…….what are you waiting for? Call Ashley or Janet today! to schedule your Free furnace inspection. Remember, only the first fifty homeowners who schedule will receive this incredible offer. Call now 719-392-0032 before this offer is gone forever.

Most Colorado Springs homes are fine with no AC system for all but 4 weeks out of the year. But those 4 weeks can be miserably hot in your home. While Colorado may have milder summers than other parts of the country, there are still many reasons why you may want to consider installing central air conditioning in your home in Colorado springs.
